Please note that our base legal fees are scaled depending on the final sale/purchase.  The scale reflects our risk and Professional Indemnity Insurance costings.  All fees are subject to change should the circumstances require it during the course of the transaction.    You will be notified of any changes in fees before any additional work is undertaken on your behalf.   The purpose of this document is to help you make an informed choice about the costs of Conveyancing Services before formally approaching our firm and instructing us.

 

A formal estimate will be provided to you once we are instructed. 

 

Time scales for Conveyancing Transactions depend on the circumstances.  This may be depend on whether or not you are buying in a chain and how long it takes for mortgage finance to be obtained.   On average the time scale from instruction to exchange is about six to eight weeks but this can vary and can be less or more.
